Happy belated Canada Day everyone! Did you hit up Xbox.ca and check out the amazing developer videos Jakenbear put up? You’ve got to admit that there is an amazing amount of game-making talent in this country.

So, as you have probably been able to tell, I’ve been awfully busy lately and this has directly contributed to comic #50 not showing up. In the meantime, I’d like to direct your attention towards my friend Greenskull’s enthusiast gaming community site ReadyUpLive.com.  A few months ago he started up his own webcomic series Just One RULe and this week he has posted a guest comic from yours truly. I have to admit, being freed of the content restrictions of Xbox Live was an invigorating experience.

I happy to announce that we’ve now got an official presence on Facebook. We’ve added tons of photos, videos, comics and more to the page. If you’re interested in joining our community, by all means become a fan of 360Prophecy!

While I’ve got your attention, I’d also like to mention that we’ve setup our own UStream channel.  360P.tv has  already had our first broadcast (we live streamed the first 1vs100 beta), but we’ll be having many more in the future.  I’ll be drawing and HotelQueen and I will be talking about games and answering your questions. Stay tuned for details, it’s going to be awesome! You can follow me on Twitter for announcements on when we’re going live (you should follow HotelQueen too).

Speaking of awesome, our very own HotelQueen has become the first continental gamer spotlight (appearing both in Canada and the US).  It’s an amazingly entertaining read so if you’ve got the time I highly suggest you check it out.  In fact, it’s SO amazing that we’ve decided to bring her into the fold as our regular writer. Yes, it’s true.  No longer will you have to put up with my measly two sentence posts, we’ll actually be putting some meat on these bones!

Believe me, you’re better off not knowing!

When did you decide that you wanted to make comic strips?

That’s kind of a tough question to answer. I didn’t really decide to make them as much as Jade asked me to make them. It’s a long story but the gist of it is that I lost a contest and instead of a consolation prize Jade put me to work in the comic slave minds of Mississauga. There’s an Xbox here though, so it isn’t all bad. I hear the next mine over only has a Wii… yuck!
